If you answered ‘Yes’ to a. or b. above, because the premises or part of the premises is occupied as a dwelling, you should include copies of all relevant supporting documents to back up your application.
This may include the following:
- A copy of any correspondence with the Revenue Commissioners Office in relation to the closure of a business that may have operated from the Premises (if a business was operated from the Non-Domestic Premises);
- A copy of any correspondence with the Companies Registration Office in relation to the closure of a business that may have operated from the Premises (if a business was operated from the Non-Domestic Premises);
- A copy of any other document you feel would substantiate your application.
