Water supply restored to Uisce Éireann customers in Tipperary Town
Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section.
Uisce Éireann can confirm that water supply has been restored to customers in Tipperary Town as well Cashel Road, Tipperary Town, Dundrum Road, Rossmore Village, St Michael's Avenue, Cannon Hayes Complex, Marian Terrace, James Connelly Park, Avondale, Rosanna Rd, Father Matthew Terrace and the surrounding areas following an outage that occurred yesterday, September 16 to facilitate essential works.
Some customers may be experiencing low pressure at their taps. It can take a number of hours for normal supply to fully restore to all areas as the water refills the network, especially for those on higher ground or at the end of the network.
John Fogarty, Uisce Éireann, thanked customers for their patience: "We understand how disruptive outages are and we would like to thank impacted customers for their patience whilst our teams worked to restore the water supply."
