Uisce Éireann Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

Today, Uisce Éireann published its Gender Pay Gap report for the period 27 June 2023 to 26 June 2024. We are reporting a mean gender pay gap of 2.31% this year.

Uisce Éireann People and Safety Director, Dawn O'Driscoll commented on the report stating, "At Uisce Éireann we are proud to provide all employees with equal opportunities through the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and supports we have to offer. We are delighted that some of these initiatives are bearing fruit and have had an impact on our 2024 GPG figure. We are undergoing a transformation process to integrate with local authorities to become the national utility for water services in Ireland. We expect our GPG will remain dynamic for the coming years as we complete this transformation process to become a 4,300 strong, customer-facing organisation at the frontline of water services. We are dedicated to being an attractive employer to all and remain committed to making Uisce Éireann an open and inclusive place to work.”
