Clonburris Pumping Station

Uisce Éireann in partnership with South Dublin County Council has completed upgrades to the wastewater infrastructure in Clonburris to cater for the future growth and development of the wider area.

These works were carried out as part of Uisce Éireann's Growth and Development Programme and commenced in January 2023.

Works involved the construction of a new wastewater pumping station, and extension of the wastewater network to provide the required wastewater infrastructure capacity to support future social and economic growth in the area.

The works were carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by GMC Utilities Group and were completed in Q1 2024.

Now complete,  this project will facilitate social and economic growth, including planned residential development. The upgrade to the wastewater network has increased the capacity to deliver reliable, sustainable high-quality wastewater services, and extended the network to support increased demand.
